Claims are open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
How do I access the Jack Daniel’s Crack Jack’s Safe promotion?
You’ll need to visit https://crack-jacks-safe.jackdaniels.com/ on your computer or smartphone and follow the entry instructions.
Do I need to purchase a Jack Daniel's product to enter?
Yes, you need to spend $30 or more of any Jack Daniel’s product in a single transaction from a participating Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, or IGA Liquor store.
What is a proof of Purchase?
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the eligible product purchased, the participating store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
How many times can I enter the promotion?
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
- A maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per qualifying transaction.
- A limit of one (1) entry is permitted per person, per day.
- A maximum of three (3) entries are permitted per person during the promotion.
- Each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions.
What are the Prizes?
There are up to 3,428 prizes to be won. Each winner will receive one (1) $50 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.
How will I receive my prizes?
You will be notified instantly on screen if you have provisionally won a prize. All provisional winners are subject to verification. Once verified, your prize will be sent to you.
Are there any special conditions to my prize?
Yes. The Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® must be activated within 2 months of being issued and is valid for 12 months after activation. For full prize details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions here.
I haven’t received a confirmation email after I entered the promotion.

I saw I was a winner on screen but haven’t received an email congratulating me.
The promotion notifies winners instantly on screen. After this, your win needs to be verified before the prize is sent. If a significant amount of time has passed and you still have not received your prize, please reach out to our customer team here.
The site isn’t loading, what should I do?
First, check if your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4G/5G, or try loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If the internet isn't the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and opening the promotional page in a new private tab or a different browser.
